This privacy policy governs your use of the software application “HueParty” (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by SpaceNation Inc. This application provides functionality to control and automate your home and office spaces.

The Application does not store or share you personal information.
User Provided Information
While using the Application, user can generate and transform data (Room, Zone, Group names , etc.). This data is stored in the secured database on device itself and/or iCloud. Screen capture is used to calculate color and frame are discarded immediately.
Sharing
User can choose to share information and delegate control to a location in the Application. This process is governed entirely by Apple via iCloud and email invitations. The application does not access this data.
Automatically Collected Information
No personal information is automatically collected or leaves the Application.
Does the Application collect real time location information of the device?
No.
